"SPECIAL" SOFT WHITE WHEAT CAKE FLOUR

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Special Soft White Wheat Cake flour is milled from soft white wheat grown primarily in Michigan. This flour is a very high quality cake flour with a low ash level produced in the milling process by pulling a 75% cut. The color is a glossy white due to the extremely high purity and bleach treatment.

TYPICAL USES: Special Soft White Wheat Cake flour is used in any cake product that requires a superior quality high ratio cake flour.

PACKAGE AVAILABILITY AND LOCATION: This product is available in bulk trucks, 100 lb. and 50 lb. sacks and is milled in our plant in Frankenmuth, MI.
