Reporting to Keith Martus-VP of Agronomy Division

This role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating operations of the Elevator by administering department policies and strategies by performing the following duties personally or through plant personnel.

Duties and requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Directs and coordinates facility activities for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives.
  • Origination of grains; including risk management of commodities; customer concerns on delivered and stored commodities
  • Responsible for all shipments that quality meets or exceeds customer specification.
  • Responsible for inventories of stored grains, beans, fertilizer seed and crop protections products and services and for the invoicing, accounting, and physical condition of such goods.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained, and proper housekeeping is maintained.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or four to six years of related experience and/or training' or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of growers, customers, or employees

Duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Delivery of plant nutrition, crop protection, or seed products to customers or our custom applicators.
  • The positions would include cleaning, general maintenance, and other related tasks.
  • Ideally, the workers would be willing and able to work for extended periods during peak seasons.
  • Those applying will need to pass a drug test and DOT physical.
  • Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a CDL – A, CDL – B, or a seasonal CDL.
