Where can I buy your flour?
Our community has long loved the Nightingale Pastry Flour that Star of the West produces. Unfortunately, we no longer sell directly to the consumer. If you are interested in purchasing our flour, it is available for sale to the public in 5 lb. or 25 lb. bags. (Please call the following for flour availability)

Can I buy your 50 lb bags of flour?
Our minimum purchase quantity is 6 pallets of flour. One pallet contains 50, 50-pound bags of flour. If this quantity is too much, please see the question above.
Where can I buy your beans?
You can purchase dry beans at Dunn Hardware in Reese, Michigan.
Where can I buy your wheat to grind my own flour?
We only sell our wheat wholesale in truckload or tote (2,000 pounds) quantities. For smaller batch quantities, please contact Kernel Benny’s in Frankenmuth. Please contact our flour sales team at 989-652-9971
Who do I contact to be able to ship flour or wheat for you?
We have a transportation department with our own fleet of trucks. However, on occasion we do use outside companies to transport our wheat products. To transport our wheat flour products we need food grade, bulk, pneumatic trailers.
Who do I contact to be able to ship dry beans or food grade soybeans for you?
We have a transportation department with our own fleet of trucks. However, on occasion we do use outside companies to haul both food grade soybeans and dry beans. Please contact us to inquire.

We are visiting Frankenmuth and would like a tour of the mill. Can we get a tour?
Star of the West does not allow tours to the public for food safety and human safety. The Frankenmuth Historical Museum has a wonderful walking tour guide of the town we would suggest checking out.
