The Nature Conservancy, Star of the West Milling Expand Sustainable Wheat Program to 3,000 Acres

The Nature Conservancy in Michigan (TNC) and Star of the West Milling Co. today announced enrollment is now open for wheat growers to join their sustainable wheat pilot program called Sustainable Option Wheat, or SOW. The program is expanding to 3,200 acres for its third and final year.
